MONTH 0–1

  • Set clear personal and professional targets with your trainer.
  • Build strong organizational and time management habits.
  • Step into a Training Manager role.
  • Encourage healthy competition within the team.

MONTH 1–2

  • Evaluate how your daily actions align with your goals. Adjust if needed.
  • Lead and support at least three team members.
  • Create and implement structured action plans.
  • Maintain daily accountability for team performance.

MONTH 2–3

  • Review performance metrics to ensure you’re on track as a Team Manager.
  • Develop skills in territory oversight and planning.
  • Monitor and report weekly team progress and growth.

  • Use the onboarding guide to understand core systems and expectations.
  • Demonstrate understanding of marketing and client processes through teach-backs.
  • Complete all entry-level performance benchmarks.
